1. The service

Hail Maps provides storm, hail, and tornado mapping and lead tools using public weather data (NWS/NOAA) and openly-licensed business and property data. It is provided for your business use as-is.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account and any teammates you invite to your company. Provide accurate information when signing up.

3. Acceptable use

Don't resell raw data feeds, scrape the service, or use it to harass property owners. Leads and contact data are for legitimate outreach about storm damage only.

4. Data & accuracy

Weather, property, and business data are estimates from third-party and public sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify on the ground before making decisions. Hail Maps isn't liable for losses from reliance on the data.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Company plans cover the company's members. You can change or cancel your plan from Settings.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Questions? Reach us from the Support page.
